ZJHN Pneumatic Diaphragm Double-Seat Control Valve is typically used in applications requiring pressure compensation. It achieves pressure compensation and valve shutoff by utilizing two sealing lines on the valve plug to seal simultaneously. The valve body of the pneumatic diaphragm double-seat control valve contains two valve seats, one more than a single-seat control valve. This structural design increases leakage volume; however, it offers superior flow capacity, reduced unbalanced force, and permits a larger allowable differential pressure. Compared to single-seat valves of the same nominal diameter, it provides greater flow capacity. Consequently, it is particularly well-suited for applications involving high flow rates, significant pressure drops, and higher permissible leakage levels.
