Self-Actuated Differential Pressure Control Valve
Self-operated differential pressure regulating valves primarily consist of a control valve, an actuator, and a spring set to a predetermined pressure. They are available in two configurations: differential pressure rising valve closed and differential pressure rising valve open. Requiring no external energy source, these valves utilize pressure changes in the process pipeline medium. By comparing this signal with the set point, they balance the force exerted by the regulated medium against the output force of the actuator, thereby stabilizing pressure and differential pressure values. Self-operated differential pressure control valves are suitable for non-corrosive liquids, gases, and steam media. They can be used for vapor seals in various oil products, chemicals, and liquid storage tanks.
