BWZRHP Electric Insulated Control Valve

The BWZRHP Electric Insulated Control Valve is suitable for applications requiring thermal insulation. When the crystallization temperature of the process medium is lower than the ambient temperature or the fluid temperature decreases, causing increased viscosity or solidification of the fluid, a steam insulation jacket is added to the valve body and upper bonnet. This ensures the process medium meets the requirements of process control. The valve plug features an upper-guided structure, resulting in a compact valve design with an S-shaped streamlined passage. This configuration minimizes pressure drop, maximizes flow capacity, offers a wide adjustable range, and ensures high flow characteristic accuracy, conforming to IEC 534-2-1976 standards. The electric insulated control valve is configured with a 3810 series (PSL series) electronic electric actuator and a low-flow-resistance valve body.
