The nominal bore of electric temperature control valves ranges from 20 to 200 mm, with nominal pressures of 1.0, 1.6, 4.0, and 6.4 MPa. The operating temperature range spans -40°C to 450°C, accepting signals of 0–10 mA DC or 4–20 mA DC. Among these, electric single-seat temperature control valves are suitable for applications with low differential pressure, high medium viscosity, or slightly particulate impurities. Electric jacketed temperature control valves are suitable for applications with higher differential pressures. Based on the sealing material of the valve internals, they are further classified into metal-to-metal and non-metal-to-metal seals. The latter achieves Class VI (zero leakage) standards when the valve is closed. Based on packing type, they are categorized into standard packing seals and bellows seals. The former is used in general applications, while the latter is employed in critical applications where external leakage is unacceptable. Flow characteristics are linear or equal percentage. Electric flow temperature control valves, when paired with different actuators, can be classified into standard and electronic types. A wide variety of models and sizes are available for selection.
