The nominal bore of electric pressure regulating valves ranges from 20 to 200 mm, with nominal pressures of 1.0, 1.6, 4.0, and 6.4 MPa. The operating temperature range spans -40°C to 450°C, accepting signals of 0–10 mA DC or 4–20 mA DC. Among these, electric single-seat pressure regulating valves are suitable for applications with low differential pressure, high medium viscosity, or slightly particulate impurities. Electric jacketed pressure regulating valves are suitable for applications with larger pressure differentials. Based on the sealing material of the valve internals, they are further classified into metal-to-metal and non-metal-to-metal seals. The latter achieves Class VI (zero leakage) standards when the valve is closed. Based on packing type, they are categorized into standard packing seals and bellows seals. The former is used in general applications, while the latter is employed in critical applications where external leakage is unacceptable. Flow characteristics are linear or equal percentage. Electric pressure regulating valves can be divided into standard and electronic types based on the actuator used. A wide variety of models and sizes are available for selection.
