Pneumatic Control Butterfly Valve

The pneumatic control butterfly valve consists of an imported pneumatic actuator and a triple-eccentric sealing butterfly valve body. It features a simple and compact structure, easy machining, and the ability to be manufactured in large diameters. The valve possesses self-cleaning properties, a low resistance coefficient, and high flow capacity. When equipped with a valve positioner, it can be controlled by inputting a control signal (4-20mADC) and a pneumatic supply of 0.4-0.7MPa.

Pneumatic control butterfly valves are suitable for regulating fluids containing suspended particles and viscous, turbid slurry-like fluids. For clean media, a valve disc with soft seals (rubber rings, PTFE rings) can be selected to minimize leakage (achieving zero leakage). For high-temperature and high-pressure conditions, a triple-eccentric hard-seal valve body is recommended. Pneumatic control butterfly valves serve as optimal devices for regulating flow and shutting off fluids within automated control systems. Consequently, they are extensively deployed in pipelines handling corrosive media—including metallurgical, power generation, petroleum, chemical, air, gas, combustible gases, and water supply/drainage systems—where medium temperatures ≤550°C are encountered.
