600X Electric Control Valve

The 600X Electric Control Valve comprises a main valve, solenoid pilot valve, needle valve, ball valve, micro-filter, and pressure gauge forming a hydraulic control piping system. Remote control of valve opening and closing is achieved via the solenoid pilot valve. With additional accessories installed, the speed of opening and closing can be regulated.
The 600X Electric Control Valve utilizes a pilot valve to control valve operation, thereby conserving energy. It can replace large electric actuators for other valves.
The 600X Electric Control Valve is widely used in water supply pipeline systems for high-rise buildings, residential areas, and urban water supply projects.

600X Electric Control Valve Working Principle

When water is supplied to the 600X electric control valve from the inlet end, the water flow passes through the needle valve into the main valve control chamber. When the solenoid pilot valve opens, the water in the control chamber flows out through the solenoid pilot valve and ball valve. Since the ball valve opening is greater than the needle valve opening, the pressure in the main valve control chamber is very low, keeping the main valve fully open.

When the solenoid pilot valve closes, water in the main valve control chamber cannot flow out. Pressure builds up in the control chamber, driving the diaphragm to close the main valve.
