Pneumatic powder butterfly valves are specially designed for materials and media such as cement, dust, and powder. They mainly consist of a valve body, a sealing seat, a valve plate, and a pneumatic actuator. The soft seal formed by the rubber sealing ring of the valve body makes them particularly suitable for materials with strong abrasiveness. In powder and granular material handling systems that require gravity feeding or pneumatic conveying, pneumatic powder butterfly valves are often installed at the outlets of hoppers, silos, screw conveyors, and on pneumatic conveying pipelines.
