Explosion-Proof Pneumatic Butterfly Valve

Explosion-proof pneumatic butterfly valves primarily consist of a pneumatic actuator and a butterfly valve, supplemented by accessories such as explosion-proof solenoid directional control valves, explosion-proof limit switches, explosion-proof positioners, and manual override mechanisms. Based on connection type, they are categorized as flanged or wafer-type. Different sealing materials are selected according to operating conditions, divided into hard seals (for high-temperature and high-pressure applications) and soft seals (for standard temperature and pressure). Pneumatic explosion-proof butterfly valves are primarily used for shutting off media flow. Depending on operational requirements, they can be equipped with a valve positioner. By inputting a 4-20mA analog signal and a 0.4-0.7MPa pneumatic supply pressure, they enable precise regulation and control of media flow rate and pressure.
