Electric control ball valves are primarily used for regulating parameters such as pressure, flow rate, and liquid level in pipeline media. They are generally categorized into electric O-type control ball valves and electric V-type control ball valves. These valves can be operated by inputting a 4-20mA signal and a 220VAC power supply to control the valve opening. Depending on operating conditions, electric control ball valves can be configured with either soft or hard seals. At standard temperatures and pressures, soft seals made of rubber or PTFE are suitable. For high-temperature and high-pressure applications, metal hard seals are recommended. These valves are widely applicable across various industries including chemical processing, petrochemicals, petroleum, power generation, liquefied gas, and mechanical equipment.
